Key Covid-19 safety information
We have worked hard to ensure that 24 Greencoat Place is a Covid-secure venue, and will continue to follow all the safety and hygiene measures set out in the latest government guidelines to make our building as safe as possible.
It goes without saying that to everyone here that the health and safety of our clients, visitors and staff are of paramount importance.
We’ve put together a brief guide to the changes we’ve made in response to Covid-19 – along with the advice and regulations you should follow when you visit. In particular, please note that if you are able to do so, you must wear a face covering at all times within the building.

Throughout the building
We have installed additional hand sanitiser units and bottled hand sanitiser throughout the building – please use them regularly.
We’ve redeployed staff to create a team dedicated to daily regular cleaning of all surfaces and touch points. This is in addition regular daily cleaning of the premises by our contract cleaning company.
We’ve installed directional signage and floor markers to manage visitor flow and ensure socially distanced queues – please follow all signage within the building.
We’ve installed a bespoke safety screen on the reception desk at our main entrance.
Face coverings are now mandatory in all parts of the building, but may be removed when eating or drinking.
We are able to check temperatures of visitors, as required.

Meeting Rooms

We’ve reduced the capacities in all of our meeting rooms to ensure that social distancing is adhered to.
These rooms are disinfected in-between meetings, and cleaned thoroughly daily.

Our staff
All our staff has access to Personal Protective Equipment, relevant to their duties.
Our staff are staggering shifts to reduce interaction with the team and externally.

All of our team will be fully trained on revised health and safety measures.

Catering for events
We now offer table service if catering is required.

How you can help
Please do everything you can to keep everyone safe:
Be ready to provide your contact details so we can meet the requirements of NHS Test and Trace and use the QR Track and Trace code on display throughout the building.
Keep a record of your guests, delegates and staff should they be required for Government Track and Tracing.
Wear a face covering at all times when inside the building, unless you are eating, drinking or exempt for medical reasons.
Clean hands with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub available throughout our premises.
Observe social distancing whilst onsite.
Cover nose and mouth when coughing and sneezing with a tissue and dispose of promptly using one of the bins provided.
We will continue to follow, monitor and implement all government advice.
Note that the lavatories are restricted to one person at a time.
Follow our directional signage throughout the building.
Listen to our staff’s guidance as you enter our venue. We are here to help you enjoy your visit.
Keep a safe distance from staff and visitors who are not members of your household or social bubble.
Use the hand sanitisers – and wash your hands when you can.
Stay away from gathering in groups of more than six and keep to your household or social bubble.
