The Barn provides a spacious and adaptable 'theatre and conference space' for events large and small. The Barn is ideal for large formal meetings, speaker events, forums, rehearsals, performances and workshops.
An adjustable stage area, full theatre blackout, adjustable lighting, screen, microphones and air conditioning allow the space to be easily transformed to suit a variety of uses. The room also benefits from large windows allowing plenty of natural light.

THE GARDEN ROOM
The Garden Room is perfect for presentations and formal meetings. The room is equipped with Wi-Fi, two whiteboards, a projector and flip charts. Furniture can be easily re-arranged for different set-ups.
As the name suggests the room overlooks the tranquil courtyard garden.

We offer our clients affordable rates, as well as discounts for registered charities. We have a full range of audio-visual equipment including video conferencing facilities in the Boardroom. We also offer a range of catering options and aim to be flexible and responsive to each client’s individual needs.
At Greencoat Place, we are able to cater for all types of events and occasions.
We are happy to work with you to offer a bespoke service for all your catering needs. We have a tempting selection of menus, with suggestions for all levels of events, from simple morning coffee and biscuits to hot fork buffets.
With prior agreement, we can also accommodate external caterers of your choice or alternatively provide you with a list of recommended caterers in the local area.
Our experienced catering team continue to monitor and abide by government guidelines to ensure we are fully compliant and Covid-19 secure.

CONFERENCING AND AUDIO VISUAL SERVICES
Whether you are organising a conference, business meeting or workshop at Greencoat Place we provide equipment in our main function rooms to ensure your event runs smoothly.
The ground floor is fully accessible with a lift that provides access to the 1st floor Barn and Boardroom. Disabled toilets are located on the ground floor. There is an induction loop system in the Barn. Guide dogs and other assistance dogs are welcome.
Parking is also available for up to two cars with advance notice.

Reception cover is provided from 9.00am to 5.00pm. Additional cost for reception outside these hours are chargeable. A photocopy and printing service is available and charged through the reception team.

Greencoat Place has easy access to Victoria rail, coach and bus stations, providing convenient links to the national rail network and London airports. We are 10 minutes walk from Victoria underground station and 15 minutes from St James’s Park. Greencoat Place is a 15-20 minute walk from Parliament Square and Whitehall. We have two car parking spaces that must be booked in advance. The nearest street parking is in Vincent Square.
